Refund policy

At Commodities Hometown JOYTOY, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be simple and fair.

Order Cancellation:

Orders may be canceled only before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the return process must be followed according to our Return & Refund Policy.

How to Cancel an Order:

To request a cancellation:

  1. Contact our customer support immediately after placing the order
  2. Provide your order number and contact details
  3. Our team will confirm whether the cancellation is successful
  4. Cancellation requests are processed on a first-come basis. We cannot guarantee cancellation if the order has already entered shipping.

Refund for Canceled Orders:

If cancellation is approved:

  • A full refund will be issued
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Amount will be returned to the original payment method

For Orders Already Shipped

If an order has already been dispatched:

  • Cancellation is not allowed
  • You may request a return after delivery if eligible under our return policy
